Lead generation and paid traffic, set up in your accounts
Esmedia Ad Studio covers four related services: search ads, paid social, landing pages with forms, and lead tracking with follow-up setup. You can request any one of them. Everything is built in accounts registered to your business, so the campaigns, audiences, pixels and data stay yours if the arrangement ends. Ad spend goes from your card to the platforms. The service fee covers setup and ongoing management, and the partner who does the work quotes it once the scope is clear.
The services at a glance
- Search ads management. Keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, negative keywords, bids and budgets in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Paid social campaigns. Audiences, creative, placements and on-platform lead forms in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Landing pages and forms. Single-offer pages, short forms, thank-you pages and form routing.
- Lead tracking and follow-up. Conversion tags, GA4 events, call tracking and a CRM handoff in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Each service has its own page with what is included and what you provide.
Search ads setup
A one-off build of campaigns, conversion actions and budgets in Google Ads, ready for you or a partner to run afterward.
Paid social
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns planned around your offer, with creative refreshed on a schedule and spend watched weekly.
Landing pages
Pages written and built to match each campaign, on a tool you can edit later, checked on mobile before traffic arrives.
Lead source reporting
A simple report showing inquiries by channel and campaign, built from your own CRM and analytics data.
Beginning the work
Before any campaign is touched, scope and access are agreed.
- You send a request through this site.
- A service partner takes it up and asks what they need to know.
- You agree scope and price with the partner, in writing.
- You grant access to your ad and analytics accounts through each platform's user settings, and setup begins.
What drives cost
Two separate costs apply. Ad spend is what you pay Google, Microsoft, Meta or LinkedIn for clicks and impressions, charged to your own card in your own account. The management fee is what the partner charges for the work, and it depends on scope:
- how many channels are in play, since each platform is managed separately;
- how many landing pages and forms need building or fixing;
- how involved the tracking is, from a single form up to calls, CRM stages and offline conversions;
- how often you want reports and meetings.
The partner quotes once those are clear.
Questions buyers ask
How long are contracts for this kind of work?
It varies by provider. Some work month to month after setup. Others ask for a minimum term so there is enough data to judge the account. Ask about the minimum term, the notice period, and whether setup fees are charged again if you come back later. All of it should be in the written proposal.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You should. The usual practice is that ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers and landing page domains are created under your business, with the service partner added as a user. That way the history and data stay with you if the arrangement ends. Ask for this in writing before any account is set up.
Can I keep my current website?
Usually, yes. Ads can point to existing pages if they load quickly, match the ad and have a clear form or contact option. Many businesses add a few dedicated landing pages for ads and leave the main site as it is. The service partner can say which pages are suitable after looking at them.
Can anyone promise a set number of leads?
No. Ad platforms run auctions and choose where ads appear, and people decide whether to respond. Offer, price, competition and season all play a part. A service partner can set up campaigns, test and measure carefully, and report what happened. Be wary of any provider that promises a lead count before it has seen your account.
Does this site sell leads or contact lists?
No. The services here build and run advertising in your own accounts, so inquiries come to you directly from people who saw your ads. Nothing on this site sells contact lists, shared leads or data gathered from other sources.
Want a price for ads, landing pages or tracking? One short form covers all of it.
